These pictures were a little bit more difficult for me to find and take. I struggled a little bit because I had to follow the specific rules and try to get pictures that fit into those categories. I like my pictures but they are not my favorite, and for a portfolio I think the pictures should be my absolute favorite pictures I've taken. I think I can take better pictures when I don't have to fit them into any guidelines. I do like the way they all turned out however I think they could be a lot better, it is hard to find time and inspiration to take pictures when I am so busy.

Out of this set my favorite is probably either emphasis or value. I really like emphasis because it is a picture I have had for a while and I really liked it but didn't know how I should edit it. I made the red stand out more and cropped it so the red light was the main focus and I really like the way it turned out. I also really like value because I don't use black and white on a lot of my pictures but with this one I think it looks really nice.
