When I take pictures I usually kind of just wing it, this assignment forced me to plan out what I wanted to do and I actually liked it. Planning out what I wanted to do helped me be more intentional with the pictures I was taking, it also helped put more meaning behind the pictures I took. I took some class time to write out what I wanted to take pictures of, and how I wanted them to look, and what I wanted the photos to represent. I really like the planning process of taking pictures and picturing the image in my head before I actually take it. I think in the future I want to continue to actually think through the pictures I take and I think it will help me improve the pictures that I take. I also really enjoyed taking and planning these pictures because I love music for many reasons and I really liked taking two things I love and putting them together.
